Carol Eller

Development Director, Springhill

In 1989, Carol attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Springhill community in Erie, Pennsylvania, and she has worked with the community since that time.  She served as the community’s Director of Marketing and Development from its inception until shortly after Springhill’s affiliation with Asbury Communities in 2001. After that time, she joined the Asbury Foundation as Director of Development, and has enjoyed watching philanthropy and generosity grow within the community.  Her passion has always been the special relationships she shares with residents, families, boards, and associates at Springhill. Since 2008, Carol has had the opportunity to expand those relationships to include Inverness Village in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where the philanthropy and generosity expressed reflects the passion residents have for their community.  A business graduate of St. Leo University, Carol spent the first 20 years of her career in banking, aviation, mobile dentistry, gasohol research and social services.  Carol and her husband, John, live in a small community in western New York, and they enjoy golfing and traveling.
