“Spring Fling” at Inverness Village is an Unprecedented Success!

As guests arrived in Founders Hall on the evening of Friday, April 8, a palpable excitement was in the air. The beautiful flowers, festive tables and amazing auction were just the beginning. More than 200 guests gathered for an evening of fellowship, great food and wonderful music. All in unified support of a truly worthy cause: the Inverness Village Benevolent Care Fund. The event raised $25,664!

Spring Fling 2011 was led by event co-chairs Bebe Campbell and Dixie Reppe, backed by a tremendous team of dedicated committee members and Inverness family. These heroes included Dr. June Holmes, Lois Lee, JoAnne Leikam, Carol McMasters, Kay Meyerhoff, Col. Shirley Schelper, Jan Shacklett, Doreen Sigle, Dot Talley, Ruthie Wildman, and three special advisors: Le Akers, Kathy Gorrell and Elaine Horkey.

The leadership and kindness of Inverness Floor Representatives elevated the success of ticket sales above all previous years. And gratitude goes to the many generous event sponsors.
