Financial strength and stewardship go hand in hand to enable Asbury Communities to carry out its not-for-profit mission of service to seniors. Asbury Foundation supports the Asbury system of communities in its goals to:

• Establish resident rates that fairly equate to expenses
• Establish financial reserves to weather times of economic challenge and provide capital for future programs, renovations and expansions
